Where Do You Ship From?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP! If you need to make changes or cancel:

  • Requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After 12 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
    However, you can return your order for a full refund once it’s received. Contact us for more details.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

When Will My Order Be Processed?

When Will I Receive My Refund?
